(injured)

I didn't quite make it to the Club Champs start point.
Walking 4 kids along the pavement, distracted, I stepped on a small rock that perfectly trashed my existing injured ankle ligaments. I did a somersault to avoid a full tear, smacking my elbow bursar in the process, but thankfully I didn't land in the very busy road or push and kids into it.

Hannah and Matthew were excellent and my injuries formed a perfect excuse for Hannah to get a tow and Matthew to get the running stimulus he needed.

Aberfoyle today - so a run up to Lime Craig hill - my god that's a lung buster. Left Achilles complaining and getting worse as time wore on. Must stretch more and beg a massage.
