Birnam Hill circuit - surveying my domain!
Surprised about how jolly my body felt - ran all the way to the steps and then put my sensible head on. Storm Ali has blown over a fair number of individual trees - blummin nuisance!
Ankle grumbly to start but happy thereafter - drugs and compression now just in case.
