First time on a while on the bike.
Braco, Greenloaning, Sheriffmuir loop.
Loving it, despite being unconditioned.

Run at work with new Compliance Officer - Mike (XC Bike Racer).
Ankle very grumbly so just a nice chatty pace. I'm pretty, sure at 10 years my young, he can run faster than me.

Supporting the Newton PS Running Club.
Ankle shafted so just managing to hobble between sessions.
Nearly 40 kids - called for a lot of discipline and shouting! Still, fun.

FVO WEE at Doune on Lewis's new map. Great map, nice wee course.
Shame my ankle and calf stiffened up in first 50m and I then shuffled with a heel-toe movement round the rest of the course. Ankle ligaments not happy.

Decided to collect some house item shopping at Inveralmond by mtb'ing in and back. Glad I did - took the riverside track/path along the Tay and then the Almond cycleway to the far end of the industrial estate. Fab fun with some rooty single track in places - put a smile on my face.
