Walk in Loch Ard forest to meet Janine (walking from the hotel) and then doing the Rob Roy cave walk back to Milton. Lovely break with my gorgeous wife.

A tour of Minewoods whilst Matthew ran the yellow. Feeling a bit under the weather. Good time for a spa break chill-out ;-)

The kids were great this week (in contrast to last) and listened and applied themselves (in the main).
Great to see the coaches getting a workout too ! :-)

FVO Night Race - Bantaskine (new map!), planned by Steve S and assist by Gareth BJ.
Well, tired and unmotivated doesn't really sum up how I felt. But, new map, interesting planning, the fact I was there meant I had a good go at the course. Lots of great big holes to slip into and clamber out of. New map was pretty illegible with the sprint spec - disappointing. Restaurant choice - excellent!

A very weary wander down to the Tay and back.

Hangover reducer jog into Rothiemurchus before a massive cooked breakfast.
