Score O with the teenage boys round Linlithgow as part of the snOw day. Sun shining, good views, steady running with the odd daft sprint. Fun!

O training with Ben P in Gallamuir.
Two courses and then collecting. Took us a while to get used to the small features but going OK on second course. Then collecting in the flags.
Cold and sleety, Brrrrrr!

Hills with Ben Parkinson on the Darn Rhodey path - 4 reps and I was chuffing like a steam train. Core, hard work or what!

Left calf only just hanging on. Ben doing about 4:35s - good effort!
