Junior Parkrun with Hannah then family swim at the Peak. I always get a real workout at these family swims - getting used as a climbing frame, canon, swing, airbed, motorboat, challenger. Fun.

Visiting friends on south St Andrews. Ran out to Craigton country park and did a loop of this and the golf course then down a valley towards town. Lots of lovely wooded tracks and greenery. Nice to be out,

Had the roots of a tooth removed yesterday. It's been giving me gyp for quite a while (15 years) and the hole is now giving me gyp....

Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing day today. Got to try out Tai Chi and go on a nature walk. Lovely. I also got home for 4pm. Thanks work ;-)
So, down the Darn Walk for 3 x shuffles up the rhody path. No point timing them as I am so slow the now. Trying to sweat off the free lunch.
