A run from home to Gathering Stone in pishing rain. Splashing in slow motion. Shame being unfit makes you miserable. Shame being miserable makes you want to eat! Shame my will-power is low!

In the door from a day at Glentress and straight out for a 20 minute leg loosener. Didn't work - calfs tight as hell, rest of the body lethargic and in-bouncy. Sleet !?!
