Linlithgow Come and Train. Met Janine who had cycled there then I shadowed Matthew round the orange - he did good, enjoyed it so that's more than good. Then I had a crack at the Green. Not highly motivated but ready for a workout. Stumped by the wider route choice on 13 then cruised the longer leg. Fun, in an uncomfortable way ;-)

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Test running the JEC Relay courses with Marcus and Rog. Good to be running them at speed with dead and flat bracken, despite having to run in trainers because I'd forgot my o-shoes.
Bracken bashing after - got loads done!
