Road Bike 3:41:00 [4] 79.1 km (2:48 / km) +1162m 2:36 / km

Not looking forward to this. I'm so tired, permanently, at the moment.
Bannockburn, North Third, Carron Valley, Crow Road, Lennoxtown, Strathblane, Killearn, Fintry, Carron Valley, North Third, Bannockburn. Bumpiest ried I've ever been on - the road quality to the Carron Valley is attrociuos - saw 5 punctures but luckily avoided any myself. Good day for biking but I'm soooo tired! Time includes stops (not much).

Out to Braco, Greenloaning and up Sheriffmuir. Pushing along hardish. Tired.

Mountain Bike 30:00 [2] 7.86 km (3:49 / km)

Passat in for diagnostics on the heating/air con system (erratic), into work on MTB. Sore bum from Tuesday seems OK.

Mountain Bike 30:00 [2] 7.86 km (3:49 / km)

Work to garage. Waste of £48, they couldn't trace the fault, pah!

Run 57:10 [3] 7.4 km (7:44 / km) +368m 6:11 / km

Planning to Dumyat Hill race but not 100% sure I'm ready for it. Pleased to be told the event was over-subscribed and I'd be on a waiting list and would find out 15 minutes before the race. No thanks, I like supporting too much!
Ran to the top taking the race route and spectated with Will and Brian Bullen for a long while then ran back on the race route taking photos at the steep forest section. Lovely evening for it.

Maybe next year I'll proper commit ;-)

Road Bike 2:25:00 [3] 53.0 km (2:44 / km) +500m 2:37 / km

Into work. Gloriuosly sunny but a strong headwind all the way took the shine off it. As did a sore butt, developing a riders boil! Ouch!
