Ridge Run full of porridge and coffee. Working too hard and sweating buckets.

Had hoped to squeeze in a ridge run but still jelly from insanity and lots of family fun on kayak and poolside.

Up in the night with Hannah. Ear infection troubling her despite antibiotics. Me n her sleep through gymnastics and morning run. So. Insanity. It bloody was. Painful.

More MTB with J9 this time through LA Santa and south west to a volcano west of Tinajo then due east to pick up ridge run route and then past banana plantation. Rattling today.

Friday Feb 5, 2016 #

After morning gymnastics a run on my own. Predominately off road to test calf. OK.

With J9 following chalk marks from last MTB race at La santa. Some great single track up onto the ridge run ridge and further south across the main road. Fun !

Playing tag with J9 and made the last half hour or so. Did my own thing to get my necessary stretches in.

Hannah's first attempt on a pedal bike. She's not ready yet but had a total hoot. Screwed my back !

Run out from home - Holmhill and Laigh Hills. Tight from the weekend and very tired from 4 sleep-interrupted nights in a row (Hannah as ill as she's ever been) then twang. Not too bad but I might not be doing as much running as I'd like at La Santa.
