Road Bike 2:08:30 [3] 55.24 km (2:20 / km) +553m 2:13 / km

Rode to work.
Dunblane-Kinbuck-Braco-Auchterarder-Kinkell Bridge-Findo Gask-Balgowan-Methven-Pitcairngreen-Battleby.

Damp, drying nicely, sun slowly peeping out, wind assisted, quiet roads, time to think.

Body holding out until about 100mins when knees start grumbling and toes getting pins & needles. I clearly need to bike a bit more regularly to work these niggles out. Over 16mph average - nae bad! Climb to add later.
12 PM

Run 38:19 [2] 5.8 km (6:36 / km)

Hanging & collecting tapes for Hollie's sprint training session at North Muirton. 2.55k in 14:20. Running splits just a tad faster than Tessa's from the 2014 Scottish Sprints - confirms Hollie is in good shape and can focus on finding the best routes.

Road Bike 52:02 [3] 22.76 km (2:17 / km) +280m 2:09 / km

Road bike out from work. Battleby - Pitcairngreen - Methven - Harrietfield - Battleby - a nice loop on traffic-free roads and smooth ones at that. Nice undulations, great scenery - I could get to like this malarky!
Butt will be a bit tender tomorrow....

Run 46:00 [2] 6.9 km (6:40 / km)

Hanging, collecting and monitoring controls for the Hungarian Sprint Selections races planned by GG at Livingston.
Faffy bloody gripples! Glad to help though and plenty of nosh after with GG & F.

Orienteering 45:00 [2] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

Checking out Ladywell Plantation & north Birnam on the old map. Foolish to have gone out in trainers and shorts....
Nice day for it, mind!
