Fell Race race 3:15:00 [4] 21.0 km (9:17 / km) +1500m 6:51 / km

Stuc a Chroin 5000s Race.
Yep, in for a penny.....
Started steady, treat it like training and tried not to kill myself. Hard not to do when it's blowing a hooley and 3 foot of snow at the top. Wrong choice of footwear and still haven't found my hill legs.
They're about somewhere...

Run 29:00 [2] 5.5 km (5:16 / km)

Showing two new work runners the Time Trial Route.
Gentle jogging for me.

Run 50:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:00 / km)

Usual loop from work - stiff northerly, cool, breeze but sunny.
Felt quite good so did quite a bit of fartlek along it. Miss having a watch (of any sort!), anyone got a GPS they want to sell? Or even a good old fashioned splits watch?

Run 1:40:00 [4] 13.0 km (7:42 / km) +530m 6:23 / km

Working in Huntly for the day so came back via Glenshee (a much nicer drive home) and took in the three Munros to the West.
Up to col and north to Carn Aosda then back to col and and along to Carn a Gheoidh (into a strong wind and sleet here) then cruising back to col before out and back ascent of Cairnwell.

I can confirm that I have no hill legs. Must do more.
