Tulliallan SOSOL - White course with 4 Inman/Connors - great fun!
Then a wee trot in the wood after Brad had returned.
The forest didn't look so bad. Sun smiling on us for most of the time....

Trying to get some hill legs.
Uni medical centre to top of Dumyat (race route) then back down to edge of woods to go back up again. Had hopes to do two full climbs but judging by how I felt on the first climb I made a sensible move. Baby steps.

Serious track building for the powerline in the woods and serious tree planting over Jerah way. Nothing stands stil round here!

Barr Wood - Middle race with SI-Air!

Keen to put in a hard session and started hard, all OK until legs started to shout at me climbing the slopes at the far end - still tired from the weekend I think. Trashed myself on wire as I turned south but had Ben S in my sights to keep me on-line.
Very hot and sweaty stuff!

SNH Intervals at work.
warm up and extended warm down with some pyramid sprints and short hills. Gorgeous day and glad I didn't have to think for myself!
Calfs tight after (understandably).
