SOL at Bonskied.
Fab little area that felt Lakesey in places. Attacked from the start and tried to hang on. Wheels coming off near the end and not feeling yet quite 100% but more than happy with my performance.
Got by Paddy (1 min - expected), trounced by Muzza (not expected!).

Warm up and down via the river and Old Gary bridge.

Not feeling 100% so decided not to run and split and chop wood all day instead....

Dropped black car in south Perth for MOT and cycled across South Inch, along river round town and through North Inch and cycleways along A9 to Redgorton and across to work. Traffic free cycling on a lovely day (enjoyed the eclipes once at work). Nice route!
5 PM

Mountain Bike 30:00 [2] 12.0 km (2:30 / km)

And cruising back to town for the car.
MOT result - £25 and no faults - on a 9 year old car. Wow!

FVO's final Night O of the season at South Achray, planned & arranged by Trevor & Fanni.

Good use of the area, lots of loops and twists so found myself alone early on, failing to hang on to Ben and going backwards. Tired.
So resigned to just getting round after about half way - which meant crawling up a big hill towards the Lodge.

Fish & Chips in the Forth Inn after made me feel better.

Nice to have had this served up for me. Working hard on the efforts but watching the calfs as all on road.
