Calfs feeling real tight from yesterday's mostly road run so an easy session today hunting for wood on the SNH grounds and then over the road to check out the terrain - looks like I can do terrain intervals (at least in feb/March) out the back with no issues. Chasing deer about.

Focus is dying - new exhaust, bearings, track rod end & 4 spot welds to pass MOT (had to pass on the much needed cam belt, for now)........#lastwinterforoldblue

Sprinkerse, Riverside, Cambuskenneth, Research Park, Uni loch, Hermitage, Sheriffmuir Loch, cross country, Glen Road, home.
Planned to take in Abbey Craig en-route but the os map doesn't show what is actually on the ground- crap!

Meant to be hanging Stealth O at Falkirk Wheel but sadly the exhaust blew off the blue car on edge of Falkirk. Thankfully Fraser saved the day and rescued Fanni & GG, the training took place and I was picked up within 25 minutes!
