Out from Callendar checking the forest for next week and a run as far as the open up Cock Hill towards Ben Tullipan - amazing views! 6 inches of snow on the track further up so pretty tough and rutted. The forest is descimated, we;ll manage a small O'session and I've dreamt up a large-scale grot-o session to finish ;-) Ross would love it....

Intervals on the usual work route whilst enviously thinking about the La Santa crew. Nice and sunny here but still about 18 degree cooler than where they are. Black ice in places, frozen ruts in others but still pushed hard. Wheezy but no real complaints.

Heavy snow today - 6 inches at home - made it to work just in time for my pilates class ;-)

1 to 3 inches of fresh snow on the ground. Sacked intervals in exchange for a hard run. Pushed strong as and when it was OK to underfoot.
Tired from last night's interruptions (up with Hannah between 12 and 5).
