Orienteering 54:03 [4] 7.3 km (7:24 / km) +354m 5:58 / km
ahr:156 max:170

Blue course at Uath Lochans. Body battered from yesterday and mind not on the job - completely missed no 1 and things didn't improve thereafter. Had to walk sections and nearly got beaten by Skyhigh ;-)

Not a bad weekend's terrain and map time though - much needed!

Orienteering 1:03:04 [3] 8.8 km (7:10 / km) +421m 5:47 / km
ahr:147 max:168

A run from the Grantown house in terrain to revack where I then did a 2.6k course. Body not used to terrain - hard work. Followed by terrain run home. Great session!

Orienteering 53:10 [3] 7.0 km (7:36 / km) +308m 6:14 / km
ahr:126 max:150

Run from Grantown House into Beachen Wood and then part of an old course. Body on empty and struggling with the terrain. Kept going but well jaded.

Run 45:23 [3] 8.07 km (5:37 / km) +326m 4:41 / km
ahr:146 max:174

Kinnoull Hill. Again. Tired despite a better night's sleep.
Not yet ready for back-to-back training. Rest tomorrow.
Still, I pushed hard on the hill again.

Run 45:33 [3] 8.07 km (5:39 / km) +337m 4:40 / km
ahr:154 max:175

Tired, almost talked myself out of this.
J9 away (Vienna) and both kids had me up in the night (night terrors at 2:30 and dummy search at 5am).

Started steady but worked hard on the hill once warmed up. Not as bad as I expected. Bod coping OK.

It turns out I've been under entering on the climb for this run by miles!

12 PM

Run 45:33 [3] 8.04 km (5:40 / km) +238m 4:56 / km
ahr:154 max:175

Nervous about running this - been a while since I've been up Kinnoull.
Thankfully the body was working OK and I pushed hard (harder than I perhaps should have) on the hill. To the top in sub 15 which I'm happy with considering the naff two months of training I've had.

Forced day off tomorrow. No bad thing.
