Set off for Kinnoull but got a twinge in my right calf. Stopped to stretch off but that didn't help so I turned round at the far end of the railway bridge.
Better safe than sorry.
Stretching & massage planned for tonight, in between relay stuff and Athlete support fund stuff! Oh, yes, and kids stuff...
