COME ON!

Helped by having a pacer, The Panther was in front of me all the way and she stayed there (2 to 10m) - very consistent effort by her whilst I grunted and groaned behind!

But what a result - Broke my PB by nearly half a minute!

Training with Fanni and Hollie at Sauchie (and GG&Will).
Three sessions after a runout. Working on flow and a plan to enable speed through the circle and out the other end.
Girls going well, so well I had to shortcut the last course.....
It got very dark, very quickly after 4:10 ;-)
