MAROC SOL Wester Clune (?)
Great area. Shame I was in the wrong frame of mind, knackered and seriously lacking motivation. Fumbled at 2 but got on OK round to the moor - all fine until the turnaround into vague gorse. I was blistering on the heel, had fallen and bruised my hand and still worrying about the toe (never mind lack of sleep). In the end I decided to bail, have a lie down and then trundle back to the finish.
Shame - on a good day I would have really loved this area.
Finzean tea shop made things much better ;-)

FVO Club weekend in Royal Deeside.
Session in Mell Wood on edge of Aboyne. Lovely wood, shame about hunting for controls and iffy map, still, lovely.
Tentative running - first session on sore toe. All seems OK.

My God, remind me never to run another urbane event ever again!
Painfull, in every sense.

No training - foot sore.
Managed to hobble round 8 holes at Airthrey with Dixie though. I was Baaaad!

Easy run on St Mag's Hill.
Have a minor foot infection - hadn't realised how much you need your big toe to run! Nor how much heartburn and nausea antibiotics give me!

I hope the drugs work.
