Out from the house and over to Beachen Wood where I ran part of a green course on the map. Great terrain, fab pockets of detail. Body improving but still feeling weary.

Body feeling beaten and tired so kept it short and sweet. I love Grantown.

A broken man after the WEE - very sore ITB attachment at hip and sacro-illiac joint. Tired also (lack of sleep). Decided to take the St Mags route - still hilly but not Kinnoull so a change of scene was good.

A good course - a bit too much hard surfaces for me - ran hard and body suffered. Thrashed by Rog.
