Sol - Linn of Tummel & Clunie.

Very late start (split starts!) and feeling tired after yetsreday's adrenaline fuelled exploits at Ross's 35 bash - Karting (which I was rubbish at and Ross won the whole shebang! Incredible!)

Walked the first two controls, missed the 4th by miles but go into my stride thereafter. Didn't enjoy the climb back up the hill but did enjoy the rest of the course of downhill or runnable legs. Great training today, great terrain, great scenery.

Decided to try more of the runnable trail along the sand dunes north - went on and on - could have got a pleasant 90 minute run out of it had my body been better.

A recovery potter about on the dunes from our caravan holiday site at Mablethorpe. After much srabbling in Sea Buckthorn I found a nice runnable bit of dunes.
