Maybe not a sensible return from illness - to run up and down Dumyat.
Ran all the way again, but nearly brought my breakfast up at the tree line. Let Rog and Marcus push on and controlled the climb.
Two intervals down the hill - trying again to break the legs in for the race - DOMS on Sunday afternoon pretty sore!
Lovely day for a run - shame I'm not really ready to be back training.

Saw a new McTimoney Chiropracter today, in Stirling!
She was good, not Sasha, but good enough. Am feeling a bit worse for wear now and sinuses flowing!
