Aquathlon!
Not sure of time but my swim was attrociuos (but better than Ross's!). I held him off until the junction but he cruised past me thereafter. I was 1st loser in 4th!

Set out to catch Elle and Kate with Jon and Ross. Managed to time it perfectly to the top.
