Crap course - lots of fast running and easy orienteering - I knew I had to go hard to hold off Dave Robertson and this motivated me enough to produce one of my best runs of the year!
And judging by my HR I am back to health.....

Going pretty well but two misses meant that Dixie eventually caught me a minute and subsequently passed me as I tried to out smart him.... pah.
Won M40 though.
