Up at Drummond Hill with the Scots.
Collected controls whilst running trains with Rog. - Cracking area.

A big push with buggy up to the start and run back from end of course to finish and down to home.

Intervals around King Park.
10 x 90 with 30 secs floating - more of an endurance session than the FVO boys did. Then 5 x 30/30 to finish.
T-shirts and shorts weather - shame I had full lycra and long sleeved helly! Dripping at my desk.....
