Attempted to run the FVO night o at Barr Wood before the main event.
Could not see the canes in the half light and I was running out of time for baby duties so had to quite and miss the last loop (I think I did the whole of the shorter course).

Snow falling hard!

6 x 3 mins with 1 min floating.
Finished with 1 minute hard afterwards.

Sun shining, snowy hills, compact ground. Good stuff.
Tired, but then I always am these days!

FVO Pilates & Conditioning.
Still into the plyo and stuff - good session.

We have a clash of bookings for the hall!
Spoke to the blokey and both groups should hopefully be satisfied with the new arrangement, which is:

FVO session starts at 6pm prompt from next week (hall open from 5:45) and we must finish and be out of the hall by 7pm, ish....
