Tried to get out, body didn't like it.

Out through Pisgah and to Glen Road and back from Sheriffmuir Road.

Orienteering race 58:00 [5]

FVO Club Champs Dumyat & Hermitage.
Lots of climb and very slippery course but well planned and different to where we've had before - thanks to Will.

Shame about no 12 ;-P

Orienteering 1:50:00 [2]

Hanging the night o course on Sauchie.
I started out at 3:15pm. had to use my headlamp by 4pm.
Pishing wet and muddy and slippy and rough - loved it!

I have a gut feeling I've overplanned the course.....

Orienteering 55:00 [3]

Jogged the runners to the start and then collected in 1 -8.
Comedy start due to me not starting in the right place - after much wandering everyone managed to find their stride - a bit.

Winning time - 67 minutes for 5.6k - yes I had overplanned!
A lot of DNFs tonight, which I'm not proud of.

At lunchtime from work - ran to Kings Park and then did 7 x 3 mins on, 1 min floating and then back to work.
Great to be back training again.

Pilates & Conditioning & run to/from home.
Worked pretty hard tonight - feeling almost my normal self and I'm not as fat as I feared!
