Full of cold so this job was perfect for me.
Hanging kites for Dave's team run. Involved driving round country roads and running up paths and tracks to hang/collect o kites etc.
Glad to get out into the fresh air. Dave appreciated my help if nobody else did.

FVO headlamp Run from Uni.
Feeling tired and heavy again, this training isn't making me feel very bouncy at the mo!
Plodded on and slipped about and ran up lots of hills (thanks Dixie!) and then it was all over and a glass of red made it all better in the Westy.

FVO & Ochils Intervals at Stirling uni.
A decent turnout (even Jon eventually made it!).
A good session again of 20 x 45/15s.
Made sure I exceeded 200+m every time - hard for a fat boy!
