Run 1:45:00 [3]

Mmmm.
Set out to do an hour. But as it's nearly 15 years since I ran the route I forgot that it used to take me 90 minutes as a 16 year old!
Along the river, up to Horsforth and up to Leeds & Bradford airport - around the perimeter fence (a muddy hell-hole that lasted forever) and back through very soggy fields to Hawksworth and home. Poor old Janine!
At least it took my mind off other things. A bit too much for a recovering calf!

Run 42:00 [3]

Visiting Mum and Dad (who is really not well).
A gentle run out in Bramley Fall with Janine. Woods looking lovely.
Visited our favouritest curry house in the evening (even my Bruv seemed impressed with it's value!).

Note

Teaching orienteering to 110 Dunblane kids over 5 sessions.
I took them for warm=ups and stuff each time so you could say I was active all day! Better than the office job, but very tiring when you're not used to it!

4.5 hour journey to visit parents after.

Gym 40:00 [3]

Day two of the Conference.
Had a great night - staying with Jules, Becca and Norman.
Learnt some new stuff at the Conference too, although not as much as the last one.
Managed a wee gym session and a short swim (getting bored of in-house training already!)

Gym 1:15:00 [3]

Day one of UK Sport World Class Coaching Conference (well, day 1 for the not-so-important people).
I arrived early at the Belfry so managed a gym session - time on the ellyptical, rowing machine and some core and strength exercises too.
Glad I don't have to train like this often.

Calf clearing up nicely thanks to hensman massage services.

Run 20:00 [2]

Supported at the FVO 3 k time trial.
Was unable to compete myself but able to support the others.
Good effort from Abi - over 20 secs off her pb!

Pilates 30:00 [2]

FVO Pilates & Circuits.
Calf wrecked from the weekend so took it easy in the circuits part. Trying to stop Rog from getting injured!
Got a good massage from Janine later on. Still, won't be able to do my 3k TT Tuesday ;-(
