Orienteering 35:00 [3]

Around Grizedale today.
My calf was very sore from yesterday and I seem to have bashed in my big toe. Hung the first/last loop and that was all.
Great to see everyone enjoying the long o. Another great day.

GB Squad weekend - Rookhow, S Lakes.
A busy day of hanging, shadowing and collecting.
Despite the wet weather everybdoy going well and training hard.
Made full use of the day and then talks well into the evning (cramming as usual!)

Calfs still sore, but nowhere near as bad as Tuesday.
Deserve a day off - lagging the loft, then hopefully some Bond, James Bond this evening!

Run 56:00 [3]

FVO headlamp run from the Uni.
Up into the Hermitage and then along to the Minewoods (where I went hunting for Jon (failed). Then up onto the golf course where I re-found teh group and back along top to a grand viewpoint of the Bridge of Allan fireworks - free and without plebhs! We were even treated to sparklers thanks to the Longhursts!
Good grub and chat at the Westy after.

More wreckedfrom circuits than I thought.
Had to quit the session after two intervals because of very tight calves - that'll learn me!

Meant to be 4 x 5 mins with 60 secs recovery - a good hard sesh, if you can do it.
Everyone else pushing well, Abi was feeling abit battered after yesterday too - we consoled each other.
