More wreckedfrom circuits than I thought.
Had to quit the session after two intervals because of very tight calves - that'll learn me!
Meant to be 4 x 5 mins with 60 secs recovery - a good hard sesh, if you can do it.
Everyone else pushing well, Abi was feeling abit battered after yesterday too - we consoled each other.
