Back again (!) to Dalbeattie to check a few O sites and vegetation mapping for next week's British Champs.
I hope everybody is grateful with Janine's efforts after all the hard work she's put in! We managed to survive most of the heavy downpours so I actually enjoyed this ride - I think my technical skills have come back to me!

First run back. Ankle didn't feel good, but then didn't feel too bad!
Jog with J9 round the back in the woods. Brad and Beccy still hadn't left for their hols at 2pm despite aiming to leave last night!
Got 2 pairs of size 8 rollerblades today off freecycle!

Had to get out - was itching - so went to hill behind the house - up to Sherriffmuir and did 3 x 5 mins hard with 3 mins zip back down recovery.
Legs like jelly!

FVO Evening Soup and Run for Alibingo's in Linlithgow.
I shouldn't have run - obviously causing more pain and more damage to my ankle but it was a really nice run and......
