Mountain Bike 2:05:00 [3]

Set out to ride to foot of Ben Lomond and walk up it but I dropped the map early on and lost 30 mins looking for it, then the weather turned bad! Couldn't ride the tracks! Ended up doing a circular bike route just to get some training in.

Full of cold!

Fell Race race 28:24 [5]

Callander Crags Hill Race.
Didn't push 100% up the hill - worried I might bleed to death because of the clot in the tooth after yesterday - but legged it off the hill - great in the snow!
Great FVO set of results - Brad 4th, Jase 8th, Jon 13th!

Ross and Jamie - where were you??!

Easy Run 23:00 [3]

Quick run in the snow after being sent home from work early because of the snow and just before getting my tooth removed - Ouch! Big hole!

Note

First day back at work ;-(

At least it's quiet. No training today.

Road Bike tempo 1:10:00 [4]

Hard road bike ride with Janine - my God she's good!
Dunblane - Kinbuck-Braco-Greenloaning and then long hill climb up to Sherrifmuir Inn.
Miserable day but good hard training session!

Orienteering race (Score Event) 57:30 [4]

Score event at Ord Hill, Inverness.

Pants area - pretty tough and poor map in places - but we all thrashed around and I seemed to survive it OK!

Terrain Run 1:15:00 [4]

Terrain run from Penny & Steve's at Skye of Curr through woods and onto Gaich Wood and up to radio masts on top of hill - tiring towards the end - when getting lost and ending up near Heather Centre.
Mad kids session beforehand - don't ever have 4 kids!
