Night headlamp run with FVO gang from uni, up and down Wallace Monument.
Didn't feel great.
Sore calf.

Warm up and down and then:

4 x 5 mins with 1 min recovery.
Very hard session and I felt every bit of last weekend and yesterday's circuits.

Even so i still worked hard.
Calves feeling very sore today (lots of self-massage and trips to my filing room at work to stretch off!)

The only orienteer at circuits last night!
Very lonely :-(

The woman was late so I took in myself to get the group started - they were pretty grateful but I don't think she was!

She messed about with the last third of the session which pissed me off but I ended up doing what I wanted and she didn't hassle me about it - so nah!
