It was nice weather up until the time we had to meet Sisssy for her long run.... We met at West Lake Sammamish and ran along the lake in the rain! She did awesome, Kim did awesome, and I felt like crap. Legs are tired, but we did it! Plan was to run 8.0, but what sissy didn't know DIDN'T HURT HER! She did awesome and went that far, and didn't complain! GOOD DAY!

I am happy!

A great ride w/ Kim around Lake Sammamish... A lot of people on the road, and even more gravel. Time for the street sweepers to come through, and they need to repave West Lake. It sucks!

I was out of juice today. Didn't feel strong, but after yesterday I knew that this was going to happen!

Nice Pre Work Run this morning.... I was tired I think from biking until 9:30 last night, and getting up to run at 5:00am.... I was tight, tired, and hungry! It was however a really nice morning outside.

CompuTrainer (Xlab) 55:00 [4]

Threw the Xlab on the Compu Trainer and rode next to Kim. I played w/ wattage switching every 2-3 minutes... Varied wattage from 175-230, then resting on 145-155.... Felt pretty strong today, but have noticed the need to get fitted properly on this bike!

Watched the Cougs beat up on Arizona!!

Nice interval run at the Pro Club... started at 6.8 easy, 7.5 fast, and worked it up from there ending at 7.8 easy, and 9.5 hard. Felt pretty nice today! Felt in control the whole time, yet still pushing...

Got on the trainer around 7:30 tonight and watch the movie "The Distant Truth." A great movie about the Badwater Ultra! Dem' dudes is crazy!! Legs felt really good, and so far feeling pretty good about my cycling this year.
