*** DON'T SCROLL DOWN JUST YET****

So today I went to Chambers Bay and tee'd it iup! Walking 18 holes and swinging the club 90 times... I was tired (sleepy). To "boot" my "DIET" was marvelous!

Started off w/ some drip coffee at home, then picked up my boss, and in route to the course... Starbucks (non fat vanilla latte') along w/ a ham sandwich! Good start! When we got to the course I was created w/ a Bud Light (not bad @ 9:30am!), then @ the turn it was another bud light, a snickers, and a bannana! around the 15th hole... Hey how about a bud lite? SURE! We finished the round up and had a great lunch (no really the food was great)... Cup of Clam Chowder, a beer, A turkey sandwich, and yep.... A BEER!!!

My belly was hurting!! I got home and took a small nap, then lounged around for a while!!!! Now SCROLL DOWN!!!

Running 50:48 [3] 6.2 mi (8:12 / mi)

Oh my goodness... I felt like I was going throw up the entire time!! I couldn't stop spitting, and had the "throw up burps" the entire run! I wanted to stop after 5 minutes (more due to the knee), but it was a bad day!

I parked down on Newport way, and ran to SR900 in Issy! My knee was hurting me for the 1st 14 minutes, then it felt better! I was struggling, and so very much wanted to turn around, and constantly was playing mind games w/ myself... Should I turn, or do I push on... Which is better for me?? Work on your mental game, or BARF!!! Am I even getting a good work out or am I wasting time?

1st Mile: 8:04
2nd Mile: 7:55
3rd Mile: 8:15
4th Mile: 8:30
5th Mile: 8:44
6th Mile: 8:57
.2 Mile: 8:30 (ish)

Stats per Garmin!

I felt so crappy (I didn't go out for my run until 7:00pm) for the rest of the night I skipped dinner... I had this bubble in my belly, and throat! It was gross! I did have a talk w/ myself on the run that it is time to cut back on the booze, or arrange workouts better! That was not cool!
