Mostly I was involved with getting tomorrows races waymarked, but plenty of other stuff to do as well. 18h day.

Morning jog before the chaos commences.
Long day getting everything set up for the weekend - waymarking, building the arena, preparing registration etc.

After the drive up to Kinlochleven this was meant to be a tempo/threshold effort up a nearby hill, but my body wasn't co-operating and it was more of a trudge.
Got treated to a stunning sunset at the top though. Looking forward to the weekend!
