SHI Relay Castle Saunderson.

Great work from Matt Fellbaum and Shminty sent me out about 20-30s behind the leading Scotland team. Caught Spongey after about 10 minutes, and he was pretty wrecked - couldn't stay with me at all - so it was a fairly 'easy' win, despite a bit of a hunt for number 9.

Nice for England to win both days, and overall - for the first time since 2010!

SHI Individual Florence Court.
Not the most inspiring area ever - about half was a pretty flat open bog. Enjoyed the northern part though, even if I was struggling to keep going and found it really hard to get my HR up.
Caught various people early on, but with Spongey 6 mins up the road I was unlikely to see anybody later on which was a shame, as I could have used the company! Spongey was moving a bit quicker than me on the day, but luckily he failed to find the last control on the course which wasn't on a path junction, and allowed me to sneak an unexpected victory.
