WOC long distance test at Glen Tanar.

Already selected, so never planned to race this. Felt ok warming up (bit late to the start again!) so tried to run quite fast (although with tired legs!). Made a few mistakes, but enjoyed it and ran until control 17 (80 mins) when I started to get a bit brain dead.

WOC middle test in Inchmarnock. Running for relay selection. Tired legs, and was late arriving having been to the cinema in Perth slightly too close to the race. Just made my start anyway.

Decent enough race - more brashed than expected, and saw more of Doug than expected which put me off at one control (+20s). Couple of other small wobbles for a 5s win over Spongey. 2:20 down on TG though

Celebrated Bilbo's birthday by going hunting for standing stones and stone circles, which he and F then drew while I sunbathed.

Got offered a chance to buy a cottage with a 3000 year old stone circle in the garden.

O-intervals with Hector and Vojtech. Bit too tired for this and was a bit off the pace at times.
