Orienteering 45:10 intensity: (2:10 @2) + (6:00 @3) + (31:00 @4) + (6:00 @5) 9.3 km (4:51 / km)

Head to head session with Spongey. Pace was high, and mistakes were made (some of them very stupid like not knowing what number comes after 24). Came together with 1.5km to go and the pace became even higher. Managed to pip Spongey, mostly due to seeing the tape at the last control first. Tough training - legs were not feeling great after the last 4 days!

Not time for more - 2 ascents from the reservoir to the top of Dumyat.
