So, wasn't feeling great watching women's relay, but thought not too much of it. Suddenly during last leg, I had to rush outside as I thought I was going to be sick. Felt worse and worse, and after the boy's team meeting I went to Ica to get some stomach medicine. Felt worse during the car journey, and vomited in Ica.
Got back to the clubhouse feeling much better, and thought I might even still be able to run. About 30 minutes later I was vomiting in the bushes outside and realised it probably wasn't going to happen...
Spent the next 8 hours alternating between watching 10mila from my quarantine zone in the clubhouse, passing out, and waking up suddenly to vomit out the window... not the most pleasant night ever. Even trying to drink sips of water made me throw up again.
Slept most of Sunday, and made it home just about without throwing up on the airplane.
