Trossachs with Jegor and Vojtech. Cold, wet, snow on the ground and snowing! Great fun but very tough going and got very cold by the end (especially on the bum-sliding parts)

Trail/terrain running 18:00 intensity: (11:00 @1) + (7:00 @2) 2.3 km (7:50 / km) +170m 5:43 / km

Brutal climb up to the start, and then back along the road at the end

BUCS pre-running at Devilla. Decent run round, couple of bananas and got stuck in brambles once. Doug 63, Jegor 65, students hadn't finished when I left.

Edit - Jonny ran an impressive 55:12! Beat all the other students though

Effort up The Law, then cruised over Bens Cleuch and Ever and down to Alva. Windy on top, but a decent day otherwise.
