Great run in the Ochils. Basically red-lined it the whole way and only ran on paths for about 20 minutes. Ran from Sheriffmuir Inn - Wallace's Stone - Glentye Hill - Mickle Corum - Little Corum - Sauchanwood Hill - Scadlaw - Burnfoot Hill - Ben Buck NE top - Ben Buck (looks like they are putting in more wind turbines on Ben Buck) - Ben Cleuch - Blairdenon Hill - Kidlaw Hill - then finished with a couple of Hunts - Big Hunt Hill and Little Hunt Hill, then back to the Inn.

Amazing cloud inversion over whole of Forth Valley - never seen anything like it! Great views of Trossachs too.

Trail/terrain running warm up/down 24:00 intensity: (10:00 @1) + (14:00 @2) 4.3 km (5:35 / km)

Orienteering 59:00 intensity: (24:00 @2) + (25:00 @3) + (10:00 @4) 6.5 km (9:05 / km)

Night-o in Sauchie with spongey. Extremely tough - foggy/misty so visibility was about 2m at times. Very difficult course too. Great fun!

Up Ben Venue. Mixed run - first 2/3 is really steady gradient and good surface, last 1/3 is either ankle deep bog or slippy wet rock - quite a tough climb! Low cloud too, and windy so not great conditions up on top

212 lengths of our pool. Horrible outside, and a while since I have been swimming

Steady from home – Sheriffmuir and Kippenrait Glen. Quite hilly. Very wet and muddy. Bumped in to Brad on his mincing machine.

Steady out to Doune and back on the cycle path. 10*6s strides on way home. Bit quicker on the way back.

Easy round GC. This route has lost 100m somewhere since before.
