Long run in Ochils with Mark. Started with Will and Roger, but they got lost (?) heading to Ben Buck and we didn't see them after that. Started a bit north from Sheriffmuir Inn (near Harperstone), up to Glentye Hill, then Mickle Corum, Greenforet Hill, Blairdenon Hill, across Alva Moss and up Ben Buck. Will and Roger weren't in sight (and were last seen heading towards Ben Ever?), so we carried on up to Ben Cleuch. Then down to Ben Ever, along Millar Hill to Rough Knowes. Then we straight-lined it across Silver Glen and did a brutal climb straight up the Nebbit. Down to Alva Glen, and up the 'road' to the end, then contouring up West Cameron Burn. Starting to get tired, and endless contouring was making my R calf pretty sore. Happy to get up on top again at Menstrie Moss, but then we had another epic contour round Blairdenon, Greenforet and Mickle Corum to get home. Bit longer than planned, but happy to finally scratch my Nebbit itch.

Exploring the Trossachs! Dropped F in Callandar (who then ran along the Loch side), and drove on to Strathyre. Up to Ben Shian (steep) and back down through the woods. Some nice bits, lots of overgrown/felled/blown over bits. Disappointing.

Another normal bog-standard day in Stirling. Blue sky, gorgeous views in all directions. Big hills to run up.
Started in Alva Glen, and ran across to Tillicoultry to warm up. Up past the quarry and up Mill Glen. Straight up The Law (with absolutely no "I am the law" quotes going through my head), then Andrew Gannel, Ben Cleuch, Ben Buck, across to Blairdenon Hill (still missed that sodding footpath). Quick nip down to Greenforet Hill, then back over Blairdenon to Craighorn. Wanted to get in Ben Ever and the Nebbit on the way down, but was over my time limit, so headed back down The Ogles instead, and back down Alva Glen.
