Test run before tomorrows EOC relay. Jogging plus 5*hill sprints plus one hill effort (1.18). Wanted to see how lung burn was on a scale of "none" to "very a lot". Unfortunately it was "very a lot" so I have decided to skip EOC relay. Got some tough training coming up before WOC, plus test races and Jukola. Need to be healthy.

EOC middle qualifier. Feeling awful, but decided to give it a go. No mistakes, but no power in legs, and no lung capacity somewhat hindered me. Missed qualifying by 45 secs.
