After my calf injury, I decided to take the rest of October off from training. My body was tired from all the racing, and I clearly needed a rest. Therefore I am enjoying a few weeks before resuming training again in November.
These weeks I am doing a bit of cycling (if I feel like it) and working longer hours, and doing stuff I wouldn't normally do (like have some beers in the evening). Enjoying myself, but also looking forward to getting back into training.
Am updating last few weeks AP though, now I have time / motivation
