3 1/2 minutes continuous running - flat around top of Botanical Gardens, then along towards Hallam gym. Not feeling great to be honest

New personal record for spinning. Had company today in the form of Shmint-dog, and we cranked out 30 minutes before the 'Sunday spin' class, and another 50 minutes after. Pretty low HR in general, but it didn't feel that easy - not recovered from yesterday probably. There certainly was quite a lot of easy spinning in there too though.

Had some tarsel manipulation first, and foot felt best it has felt since the accident. First minute bare foot, second minute with trainer. Bare foot felt better
