Nice decent pace long with with Shminty and CFD from Edale, up to Hollings Cross, all the way round the skyline and back down Ringing Roger. Took a couple of small detours, first to the air shaft shaped like a castle and later around the Mushroom Gardens.

Dungworth Fell race. Nice route not far out of Sheffield. Some really fast running and some really steep climbs. Me OJ and Little Rob set the pace, and I had made a small gap after about 25 minutes, before we couldn't work out to go, so we all got back together in a field and just guessed a route. I went off one way, they went off another way - both wrong! We ended up doing an extra 1/2 mile or so, but still managed to finish 1st, 2nd and 4th. I won it by taking a lucky route, which while longer, was quite fast running.

Race was supposed to be 7.5km with 260m climb, I did almost 8.5km!

Easy run randomly around Sheffield. Ended up at the bottom of Rivelin so ran up a bit then had a big climb to get back home
