Sprint qualifier. Solid except for 1 control where I punched a knoll instead of a boat and had to work out what I had done. Strange

EOC sprint final. Great race except for one control losing about 15 seconds. Tricky forest sprint, easy dunes at the end (was flying through those gained 6 places). Satisfied with 10th, but once again could so easily have been a top 6

Middle / long q and relay model map, again nice and fast, but tricky in places and lots of small point features

Sprint course in the dunes. Pretty fast and easy really

Some fast running to get the legs working and check the calf out

Jogging round the short course with my uni mate, and jogging after.
He's pretty good! Ran quite a bit of the long course on his own too

Spring Cup Limb Valley. Pretty nice, but brutal in places. Nice contrast of slope orienteering and fast parkland

Cruised round the trunce in 25.39, looking forward to racing it. Calf was noticeable but good.
