A bit sick of running in the city, so took the t-bane to Vettakollen.

Long run from Vettakollen towards Sjenungen, Ullevålsetra, Sognsvann. Good trail run. Left knee still a bit off after yesterday's trip. But should recover soon enough. Was planning on running down to Forskningsparken but ran out of energy and didnt bring food, so took the t-bane fro Sognsvann.

5x1.2km Intervals at Sørmarka with BSK. Quite ok navigation in tough terrain.

Was actually able to win the first interval. Orienteered well into the first control into my own forking. Had a few people infront of me out of the control, but towards the finish noticed I was all by myself, and I thought: "I can actually win this! :)" Sprinted up the hill to finish being super happy about it, but ended up fainting 30 seconds later, so wasn't able to push as hard after that. But win is a win!

Jogged the 2nd interval, then tried going a bit harder on the last third but wasn't feeling 100%.
